We want to be upfront about how delivery works, because we'd rather you know exactly what to expect than be surprised.

 

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase.

 

Delivery time: Tessora devices are shipped from our fulfillment partner and typically arrive within 10-20 business days, depending on customs processing in South Africa. This is a considered, quality-first product — we'd rather give you an honest timeline than a rushed promise we can't keep.

 

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, so you can follow its progress.

 

All-in pricing: The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. South African import VAT and courier handling fees for your order are already built into our pricing, so there's nothing extra to pay when your order arrives — no surprise charges from the courier or SA Post Office at the door.

 

Delays: Occasionally, customs processing or high demand can cause delays beyond our stated delivery window. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us at support@tessora.store and we'll look into it for you.
