Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Delivery time: Tessora devices are shipped from our fulfillment partner and typically arrive within 10-20 business days, depending on customs processing in South Africa. This is a considered, quality-first product — we'd rather give you an honest timeline than a rushed promise we can't keep. Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, so you can follow its progress. Import duties and taxes: As an internationally-shipped product, your order may be subject to South African import VAT and customs duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the courier or SA Post Office at the point of delivery. We are not able to predict this amount in advance as it is assessed by SARS on arrival."
